Admission Process<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  1. Apply online at https:\/\/admissions.ugm.ac.id\/enrollment\/public\/<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Create a new user account by signing up. Once registered, log in to your admission account<\/strong> to complete the application form and upload all required documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Faculty Review<\/strong> \u2014 your application will be processed through administrative selection and verification by the faculty<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. If selected as a student candidate, you will receive a Letter of Offer (LO) in your admission account<\/strong>. This LO will specify the required payments for tuition and visa application fees, which must be settled to proceed with your admission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Once your payment has been confirmed, the official Letter of Acceptance (LoA)<\/strong> will be issued and made available in your admission account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. The Office of International Affairs (OIA) will proceed with the visa application process. You may be asked to provide additional documents for visa processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. After approval, OIA will send your visa via email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Upon arrival at the Indonesian airport, your visa will automatically be converted into an ITAS (Izin Tinggal Terbatas \/ Limited Stay Permit)<\/strong>. OIA will then send the ITAS to you via email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. If you need to extend your visa or ITAS during your stay, contact the visa team at itas.oia@ugm.ac.id<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. It is recommended to report to the team at least two weeks before the expiration date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
